The Prusa Mini is now my go-to recommendation for anyone on a budget. The print quality is as good as printers twice the price, and it prints brilliantly out of the box. I have been amazed at the Prusa Mini performance, and you will be too. You'll need to order it soon, though, as they take a little while to arrive.
As an incremental upgrade in Prusa Research's primary 3D printer line, the Original Prusa i3 MK3S+ offers some modest improvements over the now-discontinued i3 MK3S. Among the changes are an enhanced bed-leveling system, sturdier parts, and improved extruder airflow, all of which serve to make a good printer even better. If you already have the i3 MK3s, you may want to wait until the next generation before replacing it, unless you're anxious to try the five-color add-on.
PRUSA's first venture into an SLA printer was impressive; now, with the arrival of the SL1S, PRUSA has boosted both the print quality and speed. Print speed halves for most models and take a close look at the detail, and you can see that edge sharpness steps up due to the higher resolution screen. Although there's still the need to handle messy resin, the SL1s is an exceptional SLA printer.
